YOW! Conferences is actively and continuously monitoring the COVID-19 virus outbreak in line with Australian Government public health advice and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
Based on health warnings and government restrictions, we previously cancelled our face-to-face YOW! Data and YOW! Lambda Jam conferences. However we are now excited to announce that these will be going ahead in an online format! Check out the YOW! Data and YOW! Lambda Jam pages for more information and tickets.
With the continuation of health advisories, border closures and travel restrictions it now seems UNLIKELY that we will be able to host our face-to-face conferences as usual in September and December. As always, the health and safety of our attendees, exhibitors, speakers and staff is our number one priority and refunds will be issued in the event that we have to cancel the conferences. We expect to be able to make some announcements soon!
We are currently still planning to hold our New Voices in Tech workshop on 14 October.
Take care out there, everyone.
